1. Getting Started

How do I create an account?
To get started, click the "Register" button on the top right corner of our homepage. Enter your basic details (Name, Email, Password) and verify your email address. Once verified, you can log in to your dashboard.

Do I need to verify my identity (KYC)?
Yes. Due to regulatory requirements and to ensure a safe trading environment, all users must complete identity verification before processing specific transaction volumes or accessing all features.

2. Trading Gift Cards & Crypto

How do I trade a gift card?
Navigate to the "Trade" section in your dashboard. Select the gift card brand, enter the card value, and upload clear images of the card (and receipt if required). Our system will calculate the payout rate. Submit the trade and wait for it to be processed.

How long do trades take?
Most gift card trades are processed within 5-15 minutes. Crypto deposits depend on network confirmations, and crypto withdrawals are typically processed within a few minutes.

3. Payments & Withdrawals

How do I withdraw my funds?
Once a trade is complete, your QuraPay wallet will be credited. You can then request a withdrawal to your linked bank account or crypto wallet. Bank withdrawals usually reflect within 24 hours, depending on your bank.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. The rate you see before submitting a trade is exactly what you get. Any applicable network fees for crypto withdrawals will be clearly stated on the withdrawal page.

4. Account Security

How can I keep my account secure?
We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your account settings. Never share your password or OTP with anyone. Our support staff will never ask for your password.
